KT3 Air Steriliser – KT3 portable air steriliser with medical grade HEPA13 filter, UV-C lamps and UV activated Titanium Oxide catalytic action filter, to destroy and remove viruses, bacteria, organic compounds and pollution from the air – backed by independent test certification. Ideal for use in multi-occupation office pods. Fitted with power cord and plug.

High Stool – High stool for use in pods with wall mounted shelf.

Corner Seat – Soft padded triangular corner seat, purpose designed to minimise floor space required. Fits to any corner of a pod. Upholstered in hard wearing polyester fabric, acoustically transparent.

Circular Meeting Table – Circular top desk high meeting table, with centre pedestal base to minimise floor space occupied, easy to navigate around. Highly suitable for use in combination with pod corner seats as a casual meeting table.

Task Chair – Black mesh back task chair with padded seat, adjustable height, arms, backrest and head rest. Swivel pedestal and legs with castors. Ideal for use with any standard height work or meeting table.

Work Desk – Purpose designed work desk for use with CAB 2 office pod, with shallow depth top to maximise floor space for occupant, whilst providing good sized working area for focused work periods.

Tub Chairs – Ergonomically designed, easy to move/lift tub chairs, with easy clean, wipe down polypropylene material covering. Available in a range of standard colours. Designed for use with standard height work desks and meeting tables.

Suitable for: CAB 2+, CAB 4, CAB 4+.

Meeting Table – Desk high meeting table, with twin pedestal base to minimise floor area occupied, whilst allowing improved access and free movement around the table for occupants of the pod. Available in 3 table top sizes, suitable for 3 sizes of pod.

Workspaces have evolved significantly over the last few years. The trend towards more open plan environments, encouraging collaboration between teams, has created added demand and pressure to find adequate meeting areas, where confidential information can be discussed and without the disruption of background noise. The world of meetings has also changed. Increasingly, the use of video conferencing and virtual meetings means individuals or small teams require a quiet space. Often this sees large conference rooms being booked by only 1 or 2 people. 

 

Viso Office Pods provide a contemporary and cost effective way to meet these challenges, creating self contained and soundproofed spaces in busy and often noisy open plan offices, educational establishments, healthcare administration environments and hospitality, such as hotels and conference centres. Office pods are effectively a ‘room within a room’, providing a quiet, private space for individuals to focus on work, make phone calls, join online meetings, small team meetings, or simply a breakout area for staff to ‘recharge’ during a quiet 5 minute break.

 

The entire Viso Office Pods range is a fully self contained workspace. Each is equipped with efficient, flicker free LED lighting and whisper quiet fans to circulate air, maintaining a comfortable and pleasant working environment. Mains power sockets are provided and both USB A and USB C sockets, essential for recharging laptops, tablets and other hand held electronic devices. Most importantly, every office pod is fitted with acoustic panels and laminated glass, providing excellent sound reduction – up to 31dB. This keeps out background noise, reducing distractions and helping employees to concentrate. It also keeps confidential all the conversations inside the pod, essential in open plan offices. The acoustic lining is designed to minimise reverberation, making speech and sound clarity ideal, whether for small meetings, phone calls or video conferencing.

 

Viso Office Pods also feature innovative, easy glide castors, which allow the pod to be easily and quickly relocated within the workspace as needs change – perhaps to add more office pods or accommodate a reorganisation of the space. This saves valuable time and disruption, as other designs of office pods have to be disassembled to be moved. Once moved to the new location, Viso Office Pods’ lock down feet are re-engaged, securely keeping the pod in place whilst in use. All of our office pods are delivered and assembled by our experienced fitters. Each pod takes only 1-2 hours to install, meaning no disruption for employees and a fully assembled and checked pod ready to be used immediately. Simply plug and play to the nearest power supply.

 

Office pods offer ultimate versatility, positioned anywhere within the workspace and taking up minimal floor area. When business needs change, simply move them around or add extra pods. If the business moves premises, perhaps due to expansion, then Viso Office Pods can be simply taken to the new premises the same as moving furniture.
